In July of 2018, my family and I relocated from New Delhi to the US, after completing my stint as Chief Economic Adviser to the Government of India. Our relocation was handled by INTEREM and its manager Gauranga Chattopadhyay. INTEREM helped us with 2 shipments, one international and the other from New Delhi to Lucknow.
I want to place on record that we were absolutely thrilled with the services rendered by INTEREM for both the shipments and delighted to have worked with all the staff involved in our re-location. The staff were kind, super-efficient, very friendly to deal with, and punctual. They even went out of their way to accommodate our needs—for example, by re-opening two sealed boxes just to check that we had not left something behind. Also, when we discovered three heavy boxes had got left behind, they opened up the shipload to accommodate us. You cannot ask for better service.
If we had to move again, we would unhesitatingly chose INTEREM again. And I would recommend them—and Gauranga—very highly to other contemplating re-location.
